US Stock Now ("the app") presents US stock market prices, financial indicators and calendars as plain factual information. This policy explains what the app collects and how it is handled.
The app does not connect to brokerage accounts and does not place orders, broker trades or move money. Because it processes no financial transactions, it never collects account numbers, card numbers or national identification numbers.
Prices, charts and calendars are available without signing in. If you choose social sign-in — to save a watchlist or read AI briefings — we receive the following from the provider and store it on our server.

We never receive or store passwords.
Signing in with Kakao does not give us your email address. From Kakao we receive only three things: the unique member identifier, the nickname and the profile image URL.

Declining the notification permission does not restrict any feature of the app.
The following stays in device storage and is removed when you uninstall the app.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for advertising. We use the following providers only as needed to operate the service.

No personal information is sent to the AI. Stock commentary is generated in a scheduled batch once a day for a fixed list of 100 major US stocks, independently of any user request. The inputs are limited to the ticker, company name, sector, price, moving averages, volume, earnings schedule, analyst opinion counts and public news headlines. No user identifier, email address or watchlist is included. What you see in the app is pre-generated text being read back.
You can delete your account at any time from More → Delete account (or More → Settings → Delete account) in the app. It requires typing a confirmation phrase, and running it removes:
Deletion cannot be undone. Uninstalling the app alone removes only device storage and leaves server data in place, so use the in-app deletion or email us at the address below.
To review or correct the information we hold, email us at the address below. We will respond after verifying your identity.
The app is not directed to children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that we have, we will delete it without delay.
All communication between the app and our server is encrypted with HTTPS. Server data is held in Cloudflare storage with access limited to the operator.
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date and publish it on this page. Material changes will also be announced inside the app.
